Who is a savvy customer?

A savvy customer is that customer that knows exactly what he/she wants, and how to get the exact service or product that suits his/her needs. It’s always good and satisfying when one knows, what they want and how to get it.

To be that savvy customer it’s always good to keep up to date with the changing world, be updated with the changing trends and know the latest apps that will give you all this information at one go from the palm of your hand.

This will sure help the person to be keen and ensure the attitude Is good else he/she will be summoned by the supervisor for sluggish and unprofessional service

Well as a savvy customer, always ensure to take care of your luggage and never to accept drinks or food from strangers, we live in a different world and you have no idea of what the motive / intention of the person seated next to you is!  Always desist from using expensive electronics while travelling if it’s not necessary or work related, that way, the person seated next to you will not be able to know if you are charring a Mac book or I phone X etc .

Less luggage equal easy and comfortable travel

Lastly as a savvy customer, always ensure to travel less, as many suitcases and bags makes one an easy target from thieves. Ensure to book your hotels 1 day prior to arrival to avoid getting stranded and do a slight research of the new town you are travelling to.

  3. Hello? kindly inform me of the departure times to various destinations especially from Nairobi to Mwanza and at what period is one allowed to book his or her ticket?

VIP Seat Price KES 2200, First Class Seat Price KES 1950 and Business Class Seat Price KES 1700. You will see fare charges as well as timings. You can book any time and pay via Mpesa from our website http://www.modern.co.ke or via our USSD code when you dial *483*53# and follow the steps.     I think Modern Coast is on top of the game when it comes to Bus travel. One request, whenever I visit your offices in Mombasa either Mwembe Tayari or Nyali there is usually no proper queing for services so sometimes when you are observing curtesy and waiting someone comes and overtakes you. Is it possible to have line markers and the staff insist on people following the rule of first come first served. Mwembe Tayari is particularly disorganized especially during peak seasons.

      Yes when you book online, ensure to key in your card number to earn the points, and when booking at the office provide the card to earn the points as well. Thank you.
