The first time I travelled with Modern Coast I rode in their oxygen bus christened gold dust
to mombasa during the april holidays in 2014. Together with my two friends. I couldn’t contain my joy from the word go, I had never seen such a beautiful bus before. everything was perfect and it had a hostess, refreshments and entertainment was just right it felt like we were flying low. No bumpy rides like the ones I was used to while travelling to Garissa. After my short holiday I came back in snow white
. I remember writting on facebook and someone could tell how excited I was. Since then I fell in love with Modern Coast. A few years later I did bamboocha to and fro let’s just say the ride was heavenly. When we zoomed past other travellers and people kept admiring our bus I felt like a king. I was a satisfied customer and my love grew stronger. I love the fact that modern coast crew are trained on customer service and are very clean. Though some don’t adhere to the set rules, a good number is doing Modern Coast proud. I took it upon myself to sell modern to my family and friends. Many are times people mistake me for a Modern Coast staff. I feel proud being associated with Modern Coast. Keep up the good work. SGR may be there but I believe good customer care will keep the clients coming back. Long live modern coast. Nawapenda sana.
