  1. I am so disappointed in Modern Coast…. I just booked online, for a VIP seat and paid 2400 from kisumu to mombasa…. Seriously, you people should see the bus that am in…. It’s not the first time that I need to travel in style then am given some old bus yet I have paid a lot to have the comfort….. Modern coast, you should upgrade, this kisumu – mombasa bus B is super old…. Haaaaiiii…. Kwani naenda mombasa na tuktuk!!! I am so disappointed once again, get new buses for this route or punguzeni bei…. Nkt!

I agree with the comment above, you need to change the bus b especially when one wants to travel on VIP, I booked 3 seats for myself, eiffe and our girl, only to be scorned by the latter upon boarding the bus. I had initially praised your bus having charging system, TV, snacks which never ” showed up”. Plz change this.
